Supply conditions
Delivery to business addresses only.

For Sweden
Order up to 7999 SEK, freight cost 400 SEK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 8000, freight free.

To mainland:
For Denmark
Order up to 7999 DKK, freight cost 400 DKK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 8000, freight free.

For Norway
Zip code 0-4999: order up to 9999 NOK, freight cost 500 NOK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 10000, freight free. Zip code 5000-9999: order up to 19999 NOK, freight cost 500 NOK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 20000, freight free.

For Finland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland & Austria
Order up to 1499 EURO, freight cost 60 EURO (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 1500 EURO, freight free.

For France, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia & Czech Republic
Order up to 1499 EURO, freight cost 80 EURO (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 1500 EURO, freight free. 

For rest of Europe
Order up to 1999 EURO, freight cost 80 EURO (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 2000 EURO, freight free.


Islands within the EU: Ex Works.

Countries outside EU: Ex Works.

Price validity

Our prices ALL include extracost such as packing and wrapping charges as well as shipping, handling and pallet fees. The prices are valid from 2021-05-17 to 2021-11-14. We have the right to change our prices due to extreme changes in exchange rate and/or in raw material prices. The prices don’t include anydomestic taxes such as MOMS, VAT or IVA.

Payment conditions
30 days upon credit approval. Otherwise 20% deposit within 14 days after order entry, and remaining order value in advance before shipping. This deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled by the customer.


Transport damage 
When a transport arrives to your store you must visually inspect the goods for tampering or damage. Is the pallet sealed or has it been tampered with? Is there any damage on the goods or is any goods missing? If so, a comment on the transport bill must be made and the transporter must sign. Make sure that you keep one copy and the transporter the other one. If no notes are made there will be no compensation for visible damaged goods. Damages that are not visible at first sight, must be reported to the transport company within 7 days. If such situation occurs it is your responsibility to contact our customer service within 7 working days of receiving your damaged goods. Compensation will be upon closed investigation.

Claims
Any claims of goods should be done within 8 days of receiving. Affari require article number, quantity, photo of damage and a brief description of the claim, in the same e-mail sent to info@affariofsweden.com. Claims can only be returned in its original package, upon approval from Affari AB. In case where the customer regrets the purchase, the customer must pay the cost of returning the goods to Affari AB.

Fault deliveries
If Affari AB has shipped the wrong goods, please contact us for adjustments within 8 days.


Back orders 
For Sweden & Denmark 

Affari AB has the right to cancel backorders under 500 SEK.
For Norway
Affari AB has the right to cancel backorders under 1000 NOK.
For Finland
Affari AB has the right to cancel backorders under 100 €.
For rest of Europe
Affari AB has the right to cancel backorders under 200 €.

Minimum order quantity
We do not break any of our shipping boxes for part delivery. We have the right to adjust orders to a full shipping box if the order is on a smaller amount than what is prescribed in the catalogue.

Reservation
We reserve the right for eventual printing errors and the possibility that a product may be out of stock on the web and in the catalogue. Measurements, colour shades and weight may vary slightly, minor changes in design may also occur.

Webshop
Visit our webshop where you can place your order any time of the day. Register on our web page for your personal codes. If you have forgotten your login click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email, you will receive your login automatically to your mailbox.
